What is it with decent mix tapes? Why do they seem to travel in packs?
Following on from the fine efforts from Yelawolf and Joey Bada$$' that I posted earlier this week, junvenile mobster and all-round talented geezer Childish Gambino is next in waiting for the throne of mix tape fame.
Royalty, Childisheseses' latest opus, is a fitting title. It boasts a rather regal line up of guests after all (Ghostface, RZA, Bun B, Danny Brown, Beck - yes, that Beck, Tina Fey - yes, that Tina Fey).
The Gambino youngster shows his chops on the vocal and beat front too (and aside of that, anyone who get's their stage name from a Wu-Tang name generator is all good in my book).
Royalty does lose it's way in one of two places admittedly, but there's plenty of high-grade material to make it well worth your downloading time.
And seriously, if you've read this far, you clearly have more than enough time to get your download on.
