After a week or so of battling the man flu, I'm back at it today. Sniffly nose, aching limbs and predicitons of the end of my world, be gone.

So what's been happening in music land for the last week? What's that? Another leak from Nas' Life Is Good LP? No! You don't say!

This one will push the sentamentality button for all the old geezers out there, with Nasir drafting in long-time collaborator Large Professor to duke it out on a cut by the name of 'Loco-Motive'.
